HOW DO I ORDER CUSTOM ITEMS?
Ordering custom items with us is easy! You can place an order in-store, online, through Facebook Messenger, or by email. Simply share your ideas, artwork, or inspiration with us, and our team will help you choose the products and customization options that best fit your project.
Before production begins, you’ll receive a final quote and design proof for approval. Once everything looks just right and your proof is approved, we’ll take it from there!
Ordering for a business, school, team, organization, fundraiser, or event? Ask us about setting up a custom online store to make group ordering even easier.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING?
Because every custom project is unique, pricing varies based on the product, quantity, design, and customization method. Our team will work with you to find options that fit your vision and budget, and you’ll receive a final quote before production begins.
We also offer quantity discounts on qualifying orders: 10–24 items receive 10% off, 25–49 items receive 15% off, and 50+ items receive 20% off. Specialty products and custom online stores may be priced differently.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 3–4 weeks once your order details, products, artwork, and design proof have been finalized and approved.
Turnaround times may vary depending on product availability, order size, season, and production needs. Have a specific deadline? Let us know when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that plans can change! Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, a 20% cancellation or restocking fee may apply.
Once your order has entered production or customization has begun, it can no longer be cancelled and full payment will be required.
WHEN DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We’ll let you know as soon as your order is complete and ready for pickup! We ask that all completed orders be picked up within one week of notification.
Need a little more time? Just reach out to our team to make arrangements. Orders not picked up within one week may be subject to a $15 holding fee.
