WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE TO PRINT ON?

The possibilities are endless. We can print on just about anything! Here's our current list of product options: APPAREL, SIGNS & BANNERS, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, KEYCHAINS, MOUSE PADS, COASTERS, COFFEE MUGS, BLEACHER SEATS OR PADS, SEATBELT COVERS, PHONE & TABLET COVERS. 

HOW DO I ORDER CUSTOM ITEMS?

We currently take orders online, in-store, through Facebook Messenger, and email. All artworks will be sent to Rustic Graphic Creations, and we will provide a proof to you before printing. We recommend that the customer take time a view this proof before printing ANYTHING. RGC will not be responsible for any errors based off the customer approval.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING?

Pricing varies depending on the product. Please speak to your RGC sales rep for a quote.

 

We love helping our customers save! We do offer price breaks based off our standard pricing. If special apparel or items are needed, we will quote you off a base price of that item.

Price breaks:

10-25 items: 10% off

25-50 items: 15% off

50- or more: 20% off

Price breaks are based on the original order! If you run out and need more items, please understand that a different price break may occur. 

DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGNS?

Yes! We can design logos or other designs to print on products. We charge a set price of $40 per design with up to two changes. Once an order has been placed with this design, the $40 will be added to the order.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Our turnaround time is 2-3 weeks out on large orders. This takes place after the apparel and designs have been approved. On large orders we require a deposit before printing will begin.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations are fine! You will need to cancel within 24 hours or a restock fee of 20% will be applied. You cannot cancel an order once it is already in print. We will require a full payment.

WHEN DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?

We do expect orders to be picked up within one week of completion. Failure to do so will result in a $15 holding fee unless otherwise arranged with your sales rep.
